The first capacity training of Erasmus+ programme WBL4JOB was held online on 19-21 July, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The first training of the project was aimed at capacity building of staff from higher education institutions, Ministries of education, and banks’ unions Armenia and Moldova on WBL policies, schemes and approaches/tools of apprenticeship. The training participants got acquainted with the policy options and findings, implementation, and quality assurance mechanisms of WBL, particularly in Austria and France.
The target audience was:
- University staff involved in Career Centers and dealing with pedagogical/academic organizations as well as faculty members to be involved in delivery of apprenticeship / dual education programme.
- Staff from banks involved in the organization and delivery of apprenticeship / dual education in the workplace
- Staff from the ministries of education in charge of education policy development and monitoring.
The training was open to the public.
