4 tutors from Shirak State University (Armenia) and Alecu Russo State University (Moldova) travelled to IMC Krems (Austria) (P11) on May 20-22, 2023.
The primary objective of the visit was to work on the implementation of Work-Based Learning (WBL) at their respective universities. Dr. Claudia Dolezal, the project lead at Krems IMC, and Larissa Neuburger collaborated with them to exchange strategies and methods for practical student training based on the expectations of students and the needs of the job market. IMC Krems University employees introduced the main toolkit of IMC (Integrated marketing communication). They also had the opportunity to get acquainted with IMC Krems, its inner structure, campus, etc.

Delegates from Armenia and Moldova presented the successes and difficulties of the WBL implementation in their home countries and universities, as well as got to know the responsibilities and offers of the Career Center at the IMC. The role of the tutors in the WBL circle was discussed. As a conclusion delegates contrasted WBL in Armenia, Moldova and Austria.
